Description
Kitchen knives of the ELEGANCE series are made of high-alloy German steel X50CrMoV15, hardened to 57 units on the Rockwell scale.
They are highly durable and suitable for frequent use.
The blades have a double-sided symmetrical sharpening along the entire length of the cutting edge, which ensures easy cutting and cutting.
The thickened heel of the blade prevents fingers from slipping onto the blade and provides additional support during operation.
Each model is equipped with a stainless steel bolster that evenly distributes the load during operation.
The polypropylene handles have an elegant round shape and provide a secure grip. Manufactured using special technology, without a single rivet, they are very comfortable and ergonomic. Thanks to this design, the knives are perfectly balanced and fit well in the hand.
To extend the life of the knife, it should be washed by hand.
