Ordering & Delivery

Where does Setinone.ae deliver?

We currently deliver throughout UAE.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is between 7-10 business days from the date of your order.

How will I know when my order is arriving?

You will receive a notification from customerservice@setinone.ae with delivery details once your order is ready for dispatch. Our delivery team will also contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

What if I'm not home during the scheduled delivery time?

We can contact the customer and we can reschedule the delivery or we can leave it at the door if the ordered items dosnt require a signatory

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Tabby (buy now, pay later).

The return policy is following our vendors and brands policy

What items are eligible for return?

All items are eligible for return, except for custom-made or assembled furniture, and items damaged due to misuse.

How do I initiate a return?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return. Please contact our customer service team for more information

Yes we provide a complete assembly solutions may require an additional charges
